On Valentine’s night, we celebrate love differently — love for food and unhurried evenings.

A fine-dining menu inspired by Sri Lankan flavours, reimagined through a contemporary lens. Local ingredients meet refined techniques, transforming familiar tastes into something unexpected, elegant and full of character.

WELCOME GLASS
a glass of rosé to start the evening.

VEGETABLE SAMOSA
a tribute to Sri Lankan street food, filled with leek, potato and carrot.

TUNA TATAKI
with miso and gotukola salad, a vibrant interplay of sea and greens.

CHARRED BELL PEPPER
with wambatu moju, the iconic Sri Lankan sweet-and-sour aubergine relish, sun-dried tomatoes, zucchini, a touch of caper and vegetable jus.

RICOTTA & LEMON RAVIOLI
handmade ravioli filled with ricotta and lemon, prawn bisque, curry sauce and seared prawns — a meeting of Sri Lankan spices and Italian technique.

MANGO TIRAMISÙ
the classic Italian dessert reimagined with tropical mango.
