Our adults only Boutique Hotel features seven rooms, each with its own soul, design details, and a sense of calm.
Intimate and welcoming, it’s nestled in the jungle just 300 metres from Kabalana Beach, one of the most beautiful stretches on Sri Lanka’s south coast.

A peaceful hideaway, far from the chaos, where time slows down between breakfasts made with fresh ingredients, quiet afternoons by the pool, and the sound of tropical birds in the garden.

Here you’ll also find Casa Tikiri’s restaurant, open all day for our in-house guests and welcoming external guests in the evening.
The menu blends local flavours with Mediterranean simplicity — honest, fresh, and always homemade — curated by our Italian chef.

  • Casa Tikiri is a peaceful retreat reserved exclusively for adults — a place where privacy and silence are at the heart of the experience. Here, guests can unwind after a day of exploring, or spend the whole day relaxing, surrounded by nature.

    To preserve the calm and intimacy that define our hospitality, access to the pool and restaurant during the day is reserved for in-house guests only. However, our restaurantis open to everyone for dinner, every evening from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

  • You can walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the south coast — Kabalana Beach. Crystal-clear water, surf lessons, and unforgettable sunsets await.

  • Infinity pool, palm trees, flowers, exotic animals, and tropical birds. That’s what you’ll find in our garden. All you have to do is choose your spot… and take it all in.

  • À la carte menu available for lunch and dinner until 10:00 PM. Our restaurant is also open for dinner to guests not staying at Casa Tikiri.

  • Surrounded by the peaceful rhythm of the rice fields, the Yoga Shala is a space designed for those who wish to reconnect with themselves through yoga and meditation. Open to all Casa Tikiri guests, it’s a place of absolute calm, perfect for starting the day with intention or winding down at sunset. Just 500 metres from the Boutique Hotel, it’s easily reachable with a short walk or our free tuk-tuk service connecting the two properties in just a few minutes.

  • A complimentary tuk tuk service connects Paddy Lodge and the Boutique Hotel, making it easy for guests to move between the two locations.

    The service is available daily from 7:45 AM to 10:00 PM.

ROOMS

Five rooms, each with its own soul — designed for those who seek authenticity, calm, and the warmth of home. Different in size and atmosphere, they share the same attention to detail and the gentle rhythm that defines Casa Tikiri. Bright spaces, soft tones, and natural materials create an effortless sense of comfort.

Their names — Eka, Hathara, Paha, Haya, and Hatha — mean one, four, five, six, and seven in Sinhala.
