CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS

Guests must be 18 years or older to check in at Casa Tikiri.
A valid passport or national ID is required at check-in for verification.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

ADULTS ONLY POLICY

Casa Tikiri is designed for adults seeking rest, privacy and calm.
We accept bookings from guests aged 18 and above only.

Please do not make a reservation if travelling with children. If minors are present at check-in, entry will be refused and no refunds will be issued.

GUESTS ONLY POLICY

Access to the property is reserved exclusively for registered guests.
The pool and restaurant are available only to overnight guests during the day.
External guests are welcome for dinner only.

PETS

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property.

QUIET & RELAXATION

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere:

  • Personal speakers are not permitted in shared spaces

  • Parties and events are not allowed

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

POOL SAFETY

There is no lifeguard on duty — swimming is at your own risk.
For safety reasons, smoking and bringing glassware or breakable items into the pool area is strictly prohibited.

OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK

Outside food and drinks are not allowed in shared areas.
Please also avoid bringing cups or glasses from your room into common spaces.

NO SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Mosquito coils and incense are not allowed inside the rooms.

A USD 500 fine applies in case of violation.
Ashtrays are available in verandas and designated outdoor areas — we kindly ask guests to be respectful of others.

PARKING

Parking is limited.
Bicycles and tuk-tuks can be accommodated at any time.
Car parking is available upon advance request and subject to availability.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Casa Tikiri is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
If you believe you have left something behind, please contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to assist.

LOST & FOUND

Non-perishable items left behind will be logged and stored for up to 30 days.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify guests if an item is found.

Perishable items, underwear and toiletries will be discarded.

DAMAGE OR THEFT

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
In the event of damage, loss or missing items discovered after departure, we reserve the right to charge the credit/debit card on file to cover repairs, replacements or additional cleaning.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Casa Tikiri is privately owned and operated.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests — without refund — in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Refusal or failure to pay

  • Intoxication or disorderly behaviour

  • Disruption of other guests’ peace

  • Illegal activities or possession of prohibited substances or weapons

  • Damage or threat to property

  • Exceeding room occupancy

  • Failure to comply with our policies or local regulations
