BREATHWORK RESET
This evening is designed as a soft landing and deep restore at the end of the day. Yin yoga uses floor-based postures held for longer, always supported, to gently work on fascia and joints while inviting the body to slow down.
Through the practice, attentive touch and the vibration of Tibetan bowls add a rich sensorial layer: it will help you to release your body and to quiet your mind.
This combination can ease stiffness, calm your mind, support the regulation of the nervous system and encourage deeper, more restorative sleep, so you leave feeling softer, more relaxed and truly ready to restart your year.
