21 - 27 JUNE 2026
led by Nadia & Martina

IN CREATIVE RHYTHM
A Yoga and Art Retreat

A one-week movement and art retreat designed to awaken inspiration, spark fresh ideas, and reconnect you with your own creative rhythm.

Not inspiration as pressure, and not creativity as performance but the kind that feels playful, embodied, and naturally expressive.

Across the week you will move, create, explore and reflect. Expect Dynamic Vinyasa and Mandala Flow sessions to energise the body and open perspective. These are paired with creative workshops, sound sessions, and a guided hypnosis experience designed to deepen clarity and unlock new ideas.

This retreat invites you to step out of routine and into flow — where movement meets making, and imagination meets presence.

It’s for people who want to feel inspired, energised and creatively alive. Without overthinking. Without forcing.

MEET THE TEACHERS

  • MARTINA

Martina is a yoga and breathwork teacher originally from Switzerland. Her practice is rooted in the intelligence of the body and the potential of movement.

With over 700 hours of training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Breathwork, her classes balance strength and mindful presence. Her background in emergency care give her a deep understanding of the nervous system and allow her to create spaces that feel both energizing and safe. Raised in a family of travelers and surrounded by artists and musicians, she developed a sensitivity to different cultures, rhythm, and the subtle dialogue between sounds, breath and movement.

She carries with her the memory of her Italian nonna, who dedicated her life to sewing and cooking — working with colors, textures, and care — a spirit she rediscovers today in Sri Lanka, through the island’s vibrant tones, handmade traditions, and intentional pace of life.

  • NADIA

Nadia is a yoga teacher, sound healer, photographer, and hypnosis facilitator from Spain, based in Berlin. Her work lives at the intersection of movement, sound, and visual creativity.

With over 1,200 hours of training across Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Jivamukti and Yin, she creates immersive experiences that blend embodied practice with music, voice, imagery and subconscious exploration. Her sessions invite participants to access quieter mental states where imagination becomes more vivid and new perspectives can emerge.

Alongside her teaching, photography plays a central role in her creative expression — capturing presence, texture and emotion. Through sound, hypnosis and movement, Nadia opens spaces where inner vision, creativity and expression can unfold naturally.

WHY MARTINA & NADIA TOGETHER

Martina and Nadia met during a yoga training in Rishikesh, India, several years ago, where they discovered a shared vision of one day creating a retreat together in Sri Lanka — a place that inspires both of their life.

Nadia’s work weaves together yoga, sound, and guided hypnosis. Through sound journeys, harmonium, and subconscious exploration, she creates spaces where the mind can soften, imagination can expand, and new clarity can emerge.

Martina’s teaching is rooted in body awareness and breath, expressed through practices that awaken energy while cultivating presence and balance. Her dynamic vinyasa and mandala flow classes help participants feel energized, uplifted, and ready to see their body and practice from a fresh perspective.

Together, they will guide you through movement, breath, and creative workshops into one inspirational experience, including traditional batik with local artisans — connecting inner exploration with hands-on creation.

Dietary requirements can be catered for, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

MOVEMENT, CREATIVITY & EXPERIENCE

Opening & Closing Circles
We begin and end the retreat in circle - a shared space to arrive, set intentions and reflect. These moments anchor the experience, creating connection, presence and a sense of closure before returning home.

Mandala Flow
Circular yoga sequences inspired by mandala geometry, unlocking new perspectives while building full-body mobility and inner balance.

Dynamic Vinyasa
A dynamic vinyasa flow guided by breath, music and rhythm. Moving with vibey, up-tempo sound, the practice builds strength, focus and body awareness . An energising way to start the day.

Yin Yoga
A grounding practice focusing the deep connectives tissues. Yin invites stillness, patience and release, creating space both in the body and the mind.

Breathwork Session
A guided breathwork journey combining conscious breathing, music, and movement - creating a safe space where emotions can surface and release, opening room for clarity, insight and new perspectives.

Hypnosis Session
A guided group hypnosis session designed to support deep relaxation and inward focus. In this receptive state, participants can safely engage with their subconscious, reflect on what they are ready to create, and clarify directions that feel aligned.

Harmonium & Sound Journey
An immersive sound experience using Tibetan bowls and harmonium. As the mind softens, sound opens creative channels and reconnect  with your inner rhythm.

Yin & Sound
A special practice of Yin yoga with live Tibetan bowls, designed to slow down. Supported postures help release tension, while sound and vibrations create space to rest and reconnect with yourself.

Mindfulness Art Workshop
Hands-on art experiences using simple materials, organic patterns, gentle curves or straight lines — practices that quiet the mind, centre focus and invite creative play through tactile expression.

Batik Workshop
A hands-on workshop to dye your own Sri Lankan batik artwork with traditional techniques and local artisans. A unique opportunity to explore colour, form and intuition — and bring home a piece of the island that reflects your personal creativity.
