handmade pasta from our chef’s tradition, finished with herb butter.

PUMPKIN RISOTTO
creamy risotto with pumpkin, hazelnuts and vin brûlé notes.

COTECHINO & ITALIAN DHAL
a comforting twist on a New Year’s Italian tradition, symbolising prosperity.

BUNET
