Evening 1 of 3 - January 1, 2026

ASHTANGA WORKSHOP

This workshop introduces Ashtanga as a clear, breath‑centred practice built on a set sequence of postures.

The repetition and rhythm of the series gradually generate inner heat, supporting circulation, and the body’s natural detox processes, while helping to clear heaviness and mental fog.

From there, we take time to explore key foundational poses and transitions, so participants understand how to move safely, protect their joints and build strength, mobility and body awarness.

The result is a strong yet mindful restart: the body feels light but energized, posture and alignment receive intelligent attention, and the mind benefits from the focus and clarity that come from moving with consistent breath and structure.

Time: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Location: Casa Tikiri Paddy Lodge

Group size: min. 3 – max. 18

Single evening: 6.000 LKR

Full 3-evening journey: 15.000 LKR
